The origin of a dissatisfaction.<\/strong><\/h3>

Every great brand is born from a need, but Aurum Caviar<\/strong> was born from a shared disappointment. We are three friends, passionate about haute cuisine and devoted to the ritual of caviar, who for years toured the most prestigious restaurants and the most exclusive gourmet shops across Spain. <\/p>

What was meant to be an experience of absolute luxury became, over time, a pattern of suspicion. After many tastings and analyses, the reality became evident: the world of caviar was shrouded in systemic deception.<\/strong> <\/p>

Aurum Caviar was born with a clear mission: to restore authenticity to the world of caviar. For years, we have seen the name \u201cBeluga\u201d used incorrectly, creating confusion and distrust. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

The mirage of \u201cBeluga\u201d.<\/strong><\/h3>

In our pursuit of excellence, we uncovered an uncomfortable truth that few dared to mention. In the vast majority of establishments, caviar was offered under the label \u201cBeluga\u201d\u2014the gold standard of luxury\u2014at astronomical prices. However, what actually reached the table was not Huso huso<\/em>. It was substitutes, lower-value hybrids, or roe from common species dyed and processed to imitate the appearance of the king of sturgeons. <\/p>

Exclusivity was billed, but mediocrity was served. The customer, trusting the venue\u2019s prestige, consumed \u201cfish roe\u201d at the price of a national treasure. <\/p>

Inspired by the tradition of the Caspian Sea, we decided to focus exclusively on the purest and most exclusive caviar: Beluga 000.<\/p>

The \u201cdeception\u201d of hybrids.<\/strong><\/h3>

Many places sell \u201cBeluga Hybrid\u201d<\/strong>. Scientifically, this is usually a cross between a Huso huso<\/em> and an Acipenser baerii<\/em> (Siberian sturgeon). <\/p>

  • The deception:<\/strong> It is labelled as \u201cBeluga\u201d by leveraging the name of one of the parents, but its market value, farming time, and roe quality are inferior to pure Huso huso<\/em>.<\/li><\/ul>

    The Aurum Caviar promise.<\/strong><\/h3>

    Tired of witnessing (and suffering) this lack of transparency, we decided to move from criticism to action. If we could not find a place that guaranteed absolute purity, we would create that standard ourselves. <\/p>

    That is how Aurum Caviar<\/strong> was born.<\/p>

    Our mission is simple yet radically honest: to restore caviar\u2019s honour. Our legacy is not selling caviar. It is protecting the authenticity of true Beluga. We have chosen to step away from the noise of confusing labels to focus on what truly matters: traceability, purity, and sensory excellence. <\/p>

    At Aurum Caviar, we do not aim to offer an endless catalogue. We have selected the best caviar in the world<\/strong>, the one that represents the pinnacle of organoleptic quality. <\/p>

    Our clients do not buy just a tin; they buy certainty<\/strong>. The certainty that every grain has been selected under strict criteria of maturity, size, and flavour. With Aurum, doubt disappears: what we serve is real caviar, sourced from sturgeon raised with respect and processed by masters who understand that luxury does not need lies to shine. <\/p>
